From the dashboard, select the company you want to connect and click "Connect" on its card. You'll be redirected to Intuit, where you'll sign in and authorize Ledger to access your accounting data. Once authorized, the connection status will change to "QuickBooks · Production" and your data will begin syncing.
Email support@serendipityllc.us to request disconnection of a specific system. We revoke the OAuth tokens on our side; you should also remove Ledger from the "Connected apps" list in your QuickBooks or other source system for completeness.
All of your data is stored on Google Cloud Platform in the United States. OAuth tokens are held in Google Secret Manager with encryption at rest. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Ledger requests read and write access to your QuickBooks Online accounting data (com.intuit.quickbooks.accounting), read access to specific Google Drive spreadsheets you explicitly share, and — once enabled — read-only access to bank transactions through Plaid. Ledger does not request payroll, payments, or admin scopes.
Email support@serendipityllc.us with the subject "Data deletion request" and include the email address associated with your account. We will acknowledge within two business days and complete the deletion within 30 days.
If you believe you have discovered a security vulnerability in Ledger, please email security@serendipityllc.us with a clear description and reproduction steps. We ask that you do not publicly disclose the issue until we have had a reasonable opportunity to investigate and remediate.
